Welcome to Innervative Creatives!

Rooted in nature, guided by creativity, growing towards collective wellness…

Our  philosophy is that  creative arts practices are the catalyst for cultivating healthy communities.

“Creativity is not a luxury — it’s our nature. I believe that when people engage in imaginative play they reconnect with an innate human ability to create, to express, to belong, and to grow. My work brings this creative potential to life in communities, supporting wellness from the inside out.”

The vision

Creativity as a way of being, connecting, and imagining anew.

I believe that creative practice—collaborative, playful, and non-competitive—offers more than just expression. It’s a philosophy. A way to reconnect with ourselves and each other, to challenge disconnection, and to remember that creativity belongs to everyone. Through shared movement, rhythm, story, and making, we explore not only what we create—but how we live, relate, and grow together

The offer

Group of people standing in a circle on a wooden floor under a tent, engaged in a group activity, with a stone wall and trees in the background.

Workshops

Tailored sessions designed with the needs and focus of each group at their heart. I offer one off workshops giving your group a taste of what therapeutic arts is, or a series of sessions enabling a deeper exploration.

Immersions

Embark on a journey of discovery through our creative arts immersions. Offering a deeper dive into the therapeutic arts over one, two or three days, enables participants to bond, explore and grow together as we build on creative skills culminating in a collective group creation.
