Mirror movements 1

In the first of two Mirror Movements videos, participants pair up and take turns leading and following improvised movements to music. This exercise invites heightened presence and trust, as one partner initiates movement and the other mirrors them—exploring the body’s capacity to listen, echo, and respond. This creative mirroring builds connection, sharpens attention, and fosters a sense of mutual flow. Through both full-body gestures and subtle expressions, participants engage in wordless role-play and relational exploration, allowing for expression, spontaneity, and joyful connection.
